Program Application Process & Materials
Interested applicants must submit the following required documents:
Admission Requirements
A certified copy of the most recent academic certificate.
A certified copy of the National ID card or Birth Certificate.
Two (2) recent passport-size photos.
A completed admission form (available at the college or via email).
Application fees (as stated by the college).
Compile Documents
Collect and compile all your requirement documents in digital format. Examination results, scratch card, testimonials, birth certificate, passport photo, ID card, etc.L
Pay Admission Fees
Pay your application processing fee at the closest Sierra Leone Commercial Bank and collect the payment slip or e-voucher. Scan the payment slip and save a digital copy
Submit Application Form
Fill the application online and submit if you have read the admissions requirements, obtained the documents needed, have an account and have already logged into the portal

Admission Requirements
- Candidates wishing to enrol for a Diploma must have two credits at WASSCE/GCE O’ level with at least a credit in a pure science subject or mathematics or at least five years of experience working in an agricultural institution.
- OND applicants must have three credit passes WASSCE/GCE O’ level with at least one credit in a pure science subject including English Language or a certificate in agriculture.
- Candidates wishing to pursue an HND programme must have four credit passes at WASSCE/GCE O’ level with at least two credits in pure science subjects including English Language or an OND.
- Candidates with Certificate in Agriculture wishing to pursue OND or with OND wishing to pursue HND without the required WASSCE/GCE O’ level passes must have a CGPA of 4.00 (80%).
